Welcome and good for you for persevering! We are here for support and will guide you every step of the way. Changing your routine is an excellent way to push those triggers away, so keep this up.
Use exercise, stretching, reading, relaxing or watching T.V. to keep you from having that cigarette! This quit can bring havoc and anger, so take the time to breathe before you have angry words and know that your body is trying to heal itself.
Continue to pamper yourself and know that this a life change for the better :)
