Sparky checking in :) Yesterday was a little tough but got though it smoke free. This is my longest quit ever and I sure do want it to be my last. It is really hard to explain the emotions inside, but I am at peace most of the time. This quit and the length I have now feels so good. That monster is still lurking, but I will not let it take control again. I like my smoke free life.
