Those stupid OCD thoughts
klonopin made me drunk as heck! the thoughts stayed and i was stoned and kept stumbling at work!
Probably not a good route to take then. :) Seriously, how much were you on and what time of day did you take it? It may well make me loopy as well if I didnt take it at night before bedtime. I know the Xanax would make me stumble and smile like someone youd avoid in the supermarket unless I only took it in the evenings before bedtime. I havent tried Klonopin during the day, I just coast on the residuals during daylight hours. Mike

I think you answered your own question, you get those thoughts when you are TIRED, BORED, or ABOUT TO HAVE FUN. Lack of sleep is a major issue in my anxiety, and I see from here, alot of others too. Boredom speaks for itself! Don't be bored anymore! Find something you love! Then do it! And as for about to have fun, like me, maybe you feel inside you don't deserve to have fun. But you know what? You do~! You most definitely do deserve to have fun and enjoy yourself, you are very worth that. Blow off those thoughts.....you are not any of them....and in the end think "are they true?" "No, they are just negative thoughts" Then go out and enjoy life. JCR

I highly recommend some REBT books. They helped me a bunch...also I have found Klonopin to be a lifesaver. I was taking Xanax but it was a rollercoaster and when they were in full effect I was dopey. But the Klonopin seems to last longer and be smoother. I take 1mg at bedtime...thats all. Really try to read A Guide to Rational Living...there is a lot of good sense in there. I hope the thoughts leave you soon. Mike

Thak God those repetitive thoughts are back! what would i do without them? just kidding. Life would be perfect without them. Stupid thoughts like 'you are gonna be depressed', 'life is worthless', 'you are crazy' 'you are going to lose control and hurt yourself and others'....stupid worthless thoughts which ARE NOT TRUE and the OPPOSITE of me! The problem is the same...they just won't stop! It is not me it;s my ocd...but they won't stop and are often worse when i am tired, bored or about to have fun!~
