the meter is just one tool to help us stay quit. You have to decide what to do with that. I think what is more important, is to take a good look at what you are telling yourself BEFORE you smoke. I think you are sincere in your desire to not smoke, so what do you tell yourself that allows you to smoke? Once you have that figured out, then you can come up with a plan to counteract it. You know I am a firm believer in the power of self talk, so I think that when you are aware of what you are saying to yourself that makes smoking allowable, you can figure out an argument against it, and be prepared ahead of time. That is, if you really do want to be a nonsmoker instead of a closet smoker. Let us know how we can help
