I can think of 2 things! I think my teeth are much healthier b/c brushing them often keeps me from wanting to smoke. And also I don't put on as much perfume, lol.

It helps me to think about the positive changes my body made because I choose not to smoke.
When I had almost 2 months to feel my body heal before I slipped but got back to my quit (so glad I did!) I realize amazing things that are different.
I used to have some weird red bumps behind my ears and close to my hairline. They didn't hurt but sometimes they'd itch and were annoying. After a few weeks of not smoking they went completely away!
I thought it might be encouraging to start a thread so we can all share positive changes we experience from not smoking. It would be great to come back to for some inspiration when we need it:)
The common ones are always good to hear, but weird and less commonly heard benefits are fun to read about too - so we can Believe it, or not!:)
