No, I am not giving up. I know that a lot of people just look at the posts without even signing in. So I wanted to post something for all of you. Yes, My stats did change. I was over 100 days but still choose to buy and light up. ME and ONLY me has to make the decision whether or not if I want to smoke. There is great support here for those who need it. I chose not to ask for any help ~ I just did what I felt I needed. You need to do what is right for you. Some may ask for help, some may give help, some may just get what they need by sitting back. Just please remember that we are only human and we make mistakes. We are learning how to live a new life without being dependent.I know I need to learn to take deep breathes and not focus on what I don't have anymore.
One day at a time, one minute at a time, one second at a time.
Thank you
