Love this one!I was going through the same thing, I think we expect more for ourselves. I have changed quite a bit since I quit smoking, I've always been assertive, but now, more so, outspoken? you bet, I have won a great battle and I am not going back to pushing my feelings aside to leave room for an addiction. You have more time on your hands now, use that time for yourself, you deserve it. The ones you love and love you back will understand and adjust to the new you. As to being addicted to everyone's needs I think that describes a mom all too well, but there comes a time when they have to be on their own. Enjoy the new you
