I ended up having a major meltdown this weekend. I spent most of Friday and Saturday either crying or yelling at the top of my lungs. My poor husband. I have never felt that way my entire life. I felt like I totally lost it. I came to the SSC and would try to read the post and started crying even harder. But luckily I have read enough posts that your little words filtered through the chaos running around in my head. I knew that taking a drag wasn't going to be that wonderful, it was going to taste gross and make my head spin. Just a little drag wouldn't stop at one little drag. Why give up my entire smoke free month just because of one or two days, I have the rest of my life to look forward to smoke free.
Thank you for letting me get all of this out of my head. I am still struggling today, but not half as much as I was this weekend. I know I will make it through yet another day smoke free.
