Carlos, I must have quit 8 or 9 times over the last 4 years. Many times I used the patch, that got me through many weeks until I took it off, then I lasted about 4 hours?? Many times I used the lozenges, that worked too, until I quit taking the lozenges. Finally, this time, I just quit cold turkey. It's working so far. They say you have to learn to quit the same way your learned to smoke. Maybe we have finally figured out how to be successful quitters this time! I know one thing I never had before that I have now, this website. It's making a huge difference in my quit. Congrats on getting through hell week Carlos!! That is awesome.
