That's the right attitude, doodles! Expect some craves and some of that weirdness from your first few days, but ABSOLUTELY look forward to it, it's a positive thing & a BIG step on your journey!

Good job Doodles, as tempting as it is to leave the patch behind, follow it down to the end, you'll be much happier! And the final step down is much milder! :)

Hey
Thanks guys
I followed your advise.. against my better judgement..
Now that this day is over, I am sooooo glad i put that patch back on!!
My craves were very intense at times today. I got off work early today and it was really tough.. It would be so easy to stop & buy & smoke!!! I didn't...YEA
I am not sure what I would have done if I had not had that crazy little patch on... I have 8 or 9 more days and I am just going to follow it through..
Thanks again
You people seem to know what your talking about!!!
I am so glad to have you guys in my life.

My advice is to stick with the plan...Its great that you are down to 7 mg which is the same as smoking 7 cigarettes in a 24 hour period. Your body is adjusting to decreased nicotine levels and you are reorganizing your behavioral responses to various situations...I would stay with it until you reach the end of the program...

My advice is to stick with the program.
Don't risk the steady success you've acomplished.
Your time will come to end the patches.
There's no rush. This is a forever thing we are doing anyway.
Great job...I mean you are really doing a great job.
