Hi Sparky, now, now, don't go there, as soon as the thought hits you, get rid of it. This is such a horrible crippling stinking addiction, you don't want it back in your life. As Penguin says, take a break, go back to your quitting tools, whatever you use that helps, beleive me smoking won't help at all. You'll lose the pounds later, I think the problem is, us women want to do it all at once, one thing at a time and one day at a time.
