Hi Xena, When You first quit, You have to expermient what works for You, Myself, when I had that urge or stress to smoke a cig, I cut a milkshake straw in half, and I puffed on that for 2 or 3 minutes, and I was good to go-again, or ate some black liquorish candy, or, Just go for a long walk, that always clears the mind, and lots of water, My Friend, I wish that I could tell You it was like falling off a log backwards, It's Not, But Xena, Just look at the friends following You already, Stay Close to this Website, for these Good People here are Your family for the next few months, Don't forget that Xena, Good Luck, And Get The Eye of the Tiger, Smokless In Oklahoma :)
