Hi Elise, Hope you're feeling better today. The quit meter is up to you. Maybe a compromise if you don't want to go to 0 or keep it as is, is to take a day off for every cigarette you smoked. Your meter is up to you, Elise, it's a personal tool. Sorry you had a bad go yesterday, so get back on the quit wagon and lets get this going! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 217 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,425 Amount Saved: $2,289.35 Life Gained: Days: 26 Hrs: 12 Mins: 30 Seconds: 46

elise Of course you feel crappy...you put that nasty stuff back into your body. Amazing how just 6 cigarettes can do that, yeah? Are you ready to not smoke anymore? If so, it is really up to you what you do with your meter. The most important thing is that you throw away the rest of those cigarettes and re-commit to not smoking. Try to learn something from this slip and what you could do differently next time. I have been experiencing a ton of stress recently and up until yesterday, I was really proud of the way I was handling it. BUT yesterday, I smoked about 6 cigarettes. Maybe due to the Chantix I am taking, I fell kind of crappy today. Sigh do I have to restart my counter? I dont wanna!
