Ok I have a question and I need help. When first quitting its important to watch out for triggers. When for me and I am sure I am not alone the PC is a trigger. So how do I stay on here reading post's and threads without going outta my mind wanting and wanting. The cravings seem to grow stronger the longer Im at the comp. Sure I can walk away and come back but it starts all over again. So far Ive fought the demonds off but I want to know if anyone has any good advice on getting through cravings without avoiding the comp all together.
