Hi Wazz,
Hope you check in. I am expecting that you have made it to a new Wazz smokefree record. Now you'll have the opportunity to build on it. But rewards are a good idea. There's even a chemical reason for it.

ty its crazy that at the beginning we watch the hours, then we progress to the days and then we move on to the weeks and so on. I think it must become second nature after awhile that we dont notice the time and we just move on with life as Non Smokers. This site has helped me alot and I have that same day 11 additude. I have it beat. I have to stay away from that tho. thx all

Ok heres the deal, Ive smoke for 20+ years tried to quit four times in the last 7 years and failed 3 of those attempts. I have never ever made it past 11 days. I think I found why from my past tries but regardless I have never made it. So for me at 10 pm is a HUGE milestone, it will be the beginning of Day 12. Its hard to quit but day by day Im seeing the rewards and I think the biggest reward that takes alittle time is Pride. Really isnt much you cant do if you can do this. Its sounds good to say im a quitter.
