Hi Revel, sounds like you are doing the right things. One thing to know is that caffeine seems to be stronger when we first quit...you might cut that back for a bit, or go to non-caffeine. Try some decaf tea instead, or some soda that has no caffeine. Those might help a bit. And of course, water, water, water...I particularly like flavored water.
