Oh Trailbum, sorry to hear the junkie got back in your head. As Penguin said, you know what you have to do. Stop feeding it and it will leave you alone eventually. How about posting here before buying another pack?

Yes, I know why!!
Addiction.....to nicotine.
No ifs, ands, or buts here Trailbum. You know what is necessary here. NO SMOKING.
I have been exactly where you are right now. It's not pretty and it hurts like heck to keep doing this to yourself. So STOP. Get back on that horse of yours and start riding it to freedom once again.
You can do this!!!

Someone no why? I had 14 months without smoking. One day I got upset with my husband and went and bought cigs. One pack. Didn't smoke anymore for two weeks. Bought another and now I stop for a couple of days and do it over and over. Because I cannot breath. I have Emphysema. And yet when I fell better I buy them again. What is wrong with me? I smoked for 52 years.
