Ridin the roller coaster....

Well, after wearing a patch that had no nicotine in it this morning, switching it out with a good one and surviving the afternoon, tonight has proved that I am in for the ride of my life. Oh! And forgot to throw in the bees that were in my car while going down the highway :gasp: Anyway, I was doing very well and then tonight while my husband and I were literally swapping 2 rooms of furniture he asks... Do you want a cigarette? Hmmmm...I had just found one on the floor where the couch had been. First thought, was NO! I don't want one, why would you ask such a thing. Let's just say he is not a fan of N.O.P.E. He thinks he is 50 and he can have one whenever he wants even if he's "quit". But, after talking about it with him for an hour, I rode a big time roller coaster. One minute I was mad because he made me think about it. Next minute I was wondering if I could go to the store in my pj's. The next minute I was mad as hell, wondering why I want something that is so freakin bad for me???? But, ran across an ashtray I had missed that had my cigarette snipes in it and threw them away. I hate this! I ask myself why #1 I enjoyed smoking so much, and then #2 why I would quit something I enjoy so much? But know the answers to both of those questions, but feel so torn. I want to quit, but guess it's like a divorce and I'm looking for that new "something" that I will love better. Sorry for rambling, but needed to get this out tonight so I can start off tomorrow on a good note!
