Hey you! Good to see you Tom! (Hi to the family too!)
Good thing you're a non smoker now, that water heater might have taken twice as long with smoke breaks! LOL
You bet you can have the Viper, I think there's a Lamborguini there too (One with no door dings!)
As my grandson put it yesterday "I missted you"! :)

I'm late but I'm so glad to finally be here!!! I feel I owe you an explanation so...
How I spent my one year anniversary:
My daughter came to visit this weekend and arrived just after dinner Friday night and we were very happy to see her. Saturday morning the water heater in my home decided to fail so I took a cool shower and headed out early to the hardware store to get a replacement. How hard could it be right? I found one and an install kit that made it all look as though I would make quick work of it. To make a long story short, it took all day and several trips to the hardware store but I got it going last night around dinner time. I'm not entirely pleased with how it looks but it doesn't leak and functions well. When I recharge my patience I will redo the plumbing so it looks professional but for now I'll live with functional. I didn't last long after dinner and fell asleep on the sofa where I sat to spend some time with my wife and daughter as they watched Gilmore Girls. Not one of my favorite shows but we had a couple good laughs and that's always good.
They say fools rush in where angels fear to tread. Well then call me a fool but I've never been one to back away from a challenge and I like to do things myself if possible. Tinkering and fixing are things I've always gotten a great deal of satisfaction from though I didn't save much money doing this one myself. If anyone is faced with this project and wants some tips on do's and don'ts I would be happy to discuss the details.
We're finally getting some warmer temperatures here and the four seasons resort sure sounds good right about now. Thanks Lainey for another great milestone reward. Are there keys somewhere to Dodge Viper I saw in the parking lot?
