It's not really that you want a smoke, it's just that you are used to doing that when you got overwhelmed. You are dealing with a lot of things, and it's easy to fall back into that way of thinking, especially when we've done it for so long. I just try to remember that when I smoked, I felt like an outcast, I was actually embarrassed that I smoked, and all I thought about was quitting. If you hate smoking as much as I think you do, then just hold on, the bad days eventually end and then we feel stronger and more capable each time we resist the "familiar" urge to indulge.
You are doing wonderful, please take time to look at yourself in the mirror; your skin is getting healthier, your teeth are getting whiter, and your breath smells minty fresh! Rename yourself Snow White!
