just so no one worries.... i am headed on va-ca-tion this week and will be back 'till sunday, when i'll still be smoke free... i will try and "pop in" but in case i don't.... Kristilu thanks for you kind comments- i will always be non smoking like a champ... champs need to keep fighting to defend the championship.. but it's been over two weeks nicotine free.. LLama i'm in awe of you fat fifty -keep it up us ADDers need to prove that we don't all smoke to self medicate.... hi to i choose life so cool to get up and not immediatly reach for a cigregret.. travelling smoke free.. i love that i won't be wishing i could get off the bus and hava cigregret. ~freebirds do it with fresh breath~ p.s today is a really great day im amazed how much that drug dragged me down with each drag.. :p ;p :)!!
