You are wise beyond your years to realize that you need to quit smoking NOW...do it now, while you are young. You are feeling the cravings now..imagine if you smoked another 20 years and then decide to quit??? There will never be an easier time for you than NOW. Think about that. Nicotine is a very addictive drug. To not be drug addicts anymore, we need to abstain from the addictive substance. One is too many and a thousand is not enough..it truly is a vicious circle. GET OUT NOW!!!!! You can do it and you will be so happy that you did.
