Quitting smoking is the hardest thing I've done in my life!! But it is the best thing that I have done in my life!! I have no regrets about quitting. And I will never smoke another cigarette ever again!! Have a great smoke free weekend all!!! Bet you,ve asked that question a couple of times .Here you were crusing along smoking your one or two packs a day not even intouch with reality .Your brain smothered with nicotine and various other chemicals keeping you in some kind of stupor so that you don't have to face the truth about yourself and then along comes some wiseass and says you had better quit because if you don't your going to die a horrible death associated with smoking . So you decide to quit and then you say what the hell have I done. You go thru withdrawel ,you fell like dung ,you suffer cravings until you think you're going to die,you may gain weight because you're eating everything in site and the best is yet to come ??? You discover the holes in your personnality, you may have been hiding depression and many other illnesses that smoking so cleverly has masked and into the bargain I've joined a support group that tells me it's going to get better ??? Well believe it or not it does but you will have to experience this yourself but make no mistake this is the biggest test of your intestinal fortitude that you will ever face bar none. Many fail unfortunatly but if you stay the course you'll see. ;p My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/20/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 409 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,362 Amount Saved: $4,090.00 Life Gained: Days: 99 Hrs: 11 Mins: 44 Seconds: 21
