Thank you Rusty Danielle and Stickin , 2 years today friday the 13th.
Today, I did not celebrate, after I wrote my messages, I had to have my 12 year old dog put to sleep.
It's been a difficult day, I have the exact same feeling in the pit of my stomach that I had 2 years ago , it really astounds
me how strong this addiction really is. Today I have been tested once again, I told hubby, wish I could smoke
at least I would have something to do. The key word is could because I know I would not be able to, physically ,
I have worked so hard on myself I just couldn't do it, but, I still thought about it and verbalized the thought. So I
accept that it can haunt me again, but will not give in, this I know for a fact. Once a smoker always an addict.....
I will remember June 13th for sure.
One day at a time
Marie
