AAAHHH the sun feels good on this beach and the air is so clean!! What have we got for mixed drinks here?? Or better yet a nice cold beer will do.
All of you guys are amazing!! I come on here and read stories, know that we all have the same struggles and it's nice to know that your not alone in this quest of not smoking! I know I am not here often but you guys are like family! I don't have to talk to you everyday to know you'll be there for me if I ever need ya!! So thanks from the bottom of my heart!!
Of and as for my reward!! I bought a new Coach Pocketbook

First off, Major Congratulations on reaching the Beach, Frankie!
Next, that is a great story about your will power and wisdom in dealing with a sticky social situation and a blind alley for a nicotine addict... You came out of that with flying colours!! Give yourself $5 and I'll repay you when I see you next....

Well I have offically hit 100 days. I can't believe I missed it yesterday but I was at the Beach!! Go figure huh! This weekend I had the ultimate test happen. A bunch of us were in Newport celebrating a Bachlorette party and The Bachlorette needed a cig but was too embarresed to go ask any one for it. Well my friends know me enough to know that I wasn't going to be bothered asking a someone for one. So I took the bachlorette with me, this way I could just hand her the cig once I got it. Anyway I asked these 2 girls that were smoking if I could bum one. They said sure and handed me one and then proceeded to give the Bachlorette one as well. All I keep thinking was no you weren't suppoed to take one this is yours . But I couln't be rude and hand back the cig to the nice lady who gave it to me. Then she asked the bachlorette if she needed a lite and she said yes and lit her cigg, she then turned to me and asked if I needed a lite and I said no but thank you I am going to save mine for later. So we walked back to where the rest of the group was and I asked the girls does anyone else smoke and someone said me so I gave the cigg that I had to her..
I am so proud of myself! I don't think I could go back now. After all the hard work I have done and not to mention the hard earned weight I have put on , I just know I couldn't give that all up. It's not worth it to me!!
So I am still fighting and some days are worse than others but I am still here fighting!!!
