Whaddya mean "thirty days may seem like nothing..."? It is a huge milestone in my book.
I stopped shaking at the knees when I got to 30 days. I lifted my head up when I was in the supermarket. I smiled at strangers ( that might account for the police cars tailing me...) I licked peaches when I broke their skins. Each piece of fruit lasted double the amount of time it usually took to consume...
That's it! I stopped consuming things and began tasting things!!
Of course thirty days is a Big Deal!
I say three cheers to you and all others who really remember their thirty-day milestone!
Patrick

Congratulations Theresa! Everyone who's been through those 30 days you just accomplished will agree it seems like a lifetime! I see you post often and that seems to be the lifeline answer for those who make it to the (non-smokey) mountain top.
Keep up the great quit!

Way to go!!!! You're doing great as a NON-SMOKER!!!! You're right in the middle of what I thought was one of the greatest weeks in the non-smoking journey!! Just a couple of days ago, you made it through 4 weeks... now, you've reached that 30 day/ 1 month milestone, and in a few more days, you'll be up to 5 weeks!!!! It's quite a week for CELEBRATIONS AND REWARDS!!!!!! You deserve it!!!!
Congratulations, again!!!
