Congratulations! One fifty has a nice ring to it, eh? One puff cost me six more years of non-stop smoking. I don't want to go back there again! I'd much rather crave than cave! A positive attitude makes all the difference. I enjoy your posts as well! Keep up the great quit!

WOW 150 days.... there have been some days... I was close to caving in. It is unbelieveable how many
"JUST ONE" thoughts you can have. So far when I get those I have come on line. to this... and another site.... and I find posts of STRONG quitters.... who lost.... because of that NASTY just one thought.
Stay strong and remember the is NO thing as just one. someons said a crave won't kill you. I would rather be a non smoker wanting a cigarette, than a smoker wanting to quit.
Keep theses affirmations close to your heat an remember you have wonderful friends right HERE ready to pull you back, keep you on line...
sneding big HUGS andTHANK YOU'S TO ALL TO THE Newest newbie who eminds me where I have been to those 30, 50 day miles stones.. To the Longtimers who remind me where I am going.
