Thank YOU ALL. I know if I hadn't found this support and you my friends, I would not be saying YEAH 6 months.
I have had craves for a couple days... BUT I seem to get them before a milestone or a personal goal. And they have started to quiet down again. I know that demon is shinking, and it'svoice is NOT as loud, but can be very sneaky and try to take advantage. SO BEWARE,, keep that NOPE ready.
again, thank you all.... DL,Tresa, Meg, Mr Ed, Bear, Henny Penny, Az girl, Grin oh my the list goes on and on and on..
Hugs to everyone,....
To the long time quitters.. seeing your posts and stats, has given me goas and hope that I could do it. Walking the walk and the "struggles" with those going thru the same times, and the Newbies. for reminding me... that I have been there .. and once through that fire.. don't want to do it again.
It is raining this weekend... the soft steady misty drizzle of the Pacific NorthWest. I think we will do a little shopping and plan on ging out for dinner.
Hugs to you all
Bonnie
