It did surprise me that I dont count anymore. I feel so free and no regrets because I can breath. I've nevr been able to play with my boys, take walks with them to the park, walk my dogs. Now I'm doing so much more and my boys are happy. My boys and I are both benefiting from this because the quality of time with them is so much better.
