Hey Jazz, you're doing great! Watching others smoke doesn't have the appeal that it once had, huh. You'll continue seeing the negative side of it, as there are NO positives when it comes to smoking.

OK, take a look below. Yup, that says 235 days.....just what I was hoping to see today! After last week, I wasn't sure I could do it, but I did! (you guys seemed to have more a lot more confidence in me than I did)
I have to admit, I thought it would be worse than what it was. Actually, watching others still smoking made me feel a bit sad. We were at a "fancy" event on Sat., and to watch one of the women drop an ash onto her party dress and chair, then sit in it was a little disturbing. I would guess that about 35% of the people there were still smoking, which I found quite high. Ewwwww....
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know, as well as thank everyone again for their support last week. You guys are unbelievable - you mean so much to me!
