You're doing great...& you know what---for most of us this is not our first time to quit. I know I have 3 unsuccessful attempts under my belt...I didn't know about SSC for the other attempts--so I didn't have a quit meter to re-start.
The point is --relapse is a part of any addiction & can happen to anyone....at anytime..
This time--I just know I must always remind myself that for me it has to be NOPE.....
You are doing great and please know we are all cheering for you!!!!

You are doing so magnificently Sparky! Keep that positive tude and you've got this thing licked. It seems that you are trying to teach yourself and others a little lesson and that is a great way to conquer the demon! Hugs, Audrey

Still hard to look at the stats. If anyone want to smokes promise me that you will come here and look at your stats and then ask yourself do you want to start from "0" again? Hell week doesn't change all the much just because you have done it before. You are only more aware of what you are in for. I should know

Hey Sparky! Look at it this way and never look back. This time is the winning moment for you and your quit. Remember me? The gal who had Duffis in her corner cheering her on.......well I failed 5 times before I got it right. YOu can do this and don't ever believe that you can't.
