I am most thankful for my wonderful husband who has been my biggest supporter for almost 40 years (Nov.) They just don't come any better. My sweet daughter and son-in-law and the best 5 grandchildren in the world. It was my youngest grandchild, 6, that asked me if I would quit smoking last summer and I promised her that I would. I am so proud that I kept that promise.
I am also grateful that to this point I have 14 more days to spend with my family. I am more excited about those stats than the number of days quit.
I am grateful for ALL of you. It sure would be nice to meet the people that helped to change your life! Thank you.

I was just thinking about a few things that i am truely thankful for , and i mean deeply thankful for.
I'm gonna a few , and if you feel inclined do the same , then if you see something that reminds you of another something to be thankful for , post again. And the bottom line is , we can really enjoy these things more now that we have quit smoking .
number one on my list is my sweet wife , this june we will celebrate our 32nd anniversary , we were married when we were
just 19. she has survived cancer/chemo treatments , and i thank god for her daily , she was my main reason for quitting smoking.
number two are my five cute grandkids , i want to be a good role model for them , they will never ever see me smoke , because i don't anymore.
what touches your heart?
