Deb, you know, sometimes a good cry isn't a bad thing. Quitting an addiction is tough. Its one of the toughest things most of us will do in our lives. This addiction has taken over us for many years. You are fighting the addiction, and you are winning! The good thing is you didn't smoke, you didn't give in. Whether it is crying, or screaming at a biscotti jar, or venting here at SSC, whatever emotion comes out, I think thats a good thing. Sometimes we're afraid to show emotion.
