Thanks Kaiser. I know you're right, it just sparked something in me that really had me wanting to come across the table and pop him one good. He's never been a smoker; so he has no clue how difficult it is to quit. I'm sure if he had been, he wouldn't have said anything unsupportive. I've been trying to keep my emotions in check because I know how bad they can get the first few days. I WAS doing really good too! Ok, going to try and take another round of deep breaths, dust myself off and get back at it.

Jazz hit the nail on the head. Emotions can get the best of you early in your quit. You will run into guys like this Jeff character now and then. Prove that you are better than them by not letting them get to you. you are doing great. spend the rest of your day planning what you will reward your self with after such a bad day.
