Just popping in to say Hello and to say that I've made it to 671 days of no smoking after 50 years of smoking. I stopped by using this site and depending on the wisdom and compassion I found here. All you new stoppers - take heart and know that I rolled back my incipient emphysema and I can do the grocery shopping with puffing and panting. I still think about the nasty little addicting things from time to time but I am so well grounded in the lessons I learned here about coping with cravings that I have no fear any more. I'm proud of myself, guys. So should you be. It's the worst addiction on this earth and I beat it. So will you.
Drink iced water and breath in and out consciously and deeply.
Love to all - Parick ( Daily Llama )
