Thank you everyone so much, I know I am not the only one going through any type of situation we all have our own trauma going on. It is nice that we can pull together though and help eachother out, it feels so comforting.
Deb, I am sorry about your son...isn't the "weird" part of the illness the hardest part? That is what we are dealing with...30,000 and we have found out no cause yet...maybe tomorrow..did I mention that my son broke his collar bone in the midst of all of this? It was great, I just looked at him and cried...how unreal, right? go figure..kids, perfect timing.
Thanks again to all of you, I hold you all close.
Kelly

Love you Kelly. I'm so sorry to hear what's going on with your daughter. I'm dealing with a "strange" illness with my son (20 years-old). We are going through some crazy tests too. He's distraught but strong. Had to leave college and come home while we try and figure this out.
I will pray for Chelsea. I will pray for you too. Prayers for Adam too.
Our lives seem so parallel.
How bizarre that there were cigarettes laying in the parking lot, and how strong you are to pass them by. How strong you are also to do what you need to do to be there for her.

I just read your post. I am so sorry that you have to go though this, but know this; you are walking with winners. I will send you prayers and good thoughts. The people here will stand with you every step of the way. I am so glad you were able to walk past those cigarettes it tell me you are much stronger than you think. It is so hard to see a daughter or son to go though this. Reasons, there are many and there are none. Hold tight and may the angels surround your daughter and keep her safe. Sorry I am not making much sense, but I am here for you!!
You really are one tough woman and one helluva ash kicker!!! I am so proud of you for having the strength to persevere even when the going gets tough! You have learned your lessons well!!! Great job!!!
I'm not usually one for wishing days away, but I do wish that today was Wednesday so that the waiting and suspense would be over for you and that a plan of action could be developed to get your daughter on the road to recovery. Please know that I am sending all of my hugs and prayers and good vibes up your way!!! Yell when you need a helping hand... your quit buddies are here for you!
