Congratulations to you for quitting!!!  What a HUGE step you've taken!
Each second, minute, hour, day, week, month, year.. takes a lot of work.  By being quit for 3 weeks you have shown that you are in it for the long haul!

Only you can make this quit happen, do you want it?  I think you are doing an awesome job so far, that's how all the great quits happen... keep it up!  You can do it, just make it happen!

All my best.....

Steelroots,

3 weeks is really awesome.  Our milestones may be longer, but it is the early days that you really need to celebrate because that's when all the hard work and foundations are laid.  Be very VERY proud of celebrating those 3 weeks because you have deserved them.

Steelroots, what you've said and the replies that followed are what it's all about here.  It starts for us all with that last cigarette, and only builds up one second at a time.  Your three weeks will multiply before you know it so keep your head high and be prepared to share your wisdom with all those who come after you!

Steelroots, just imagine the number of people who have quit since you quit 3 weeks ago.  You are a hero to somebody who smoked their last cigarette tonight.  You are the inspiration for them to reach 3 weeks smoke free!  I remember when I quit, everybody had these huge numbers, quit stats that seemed impossible.  I just took it one day at a time, and while I could never catch up, I knew that I would one day have similar numbers.  We all get on the train to freedom from smoking at different stations, but the destination is the same for all of us!  Congratulations on 3 smoke free weeks!
