It's been a while since i've been here. Thought i'd stoped by to let you know that i'm still a non smoker. I celebrated my 3rd year last friday (July 2nd).
It hase'nt been easy..and i'll be honest i still get a few cravings once in a while but i hung in there and it has now been 3 YEARS ALREADY!!!!! Time flies!!!!!
I remerber at first every minute seems soooo long. But in no time you don't notice those minutes anymore...and then hours...and then days....
To everybody that starting their no smoking adventure....HANG IN THERE!!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!
Most of all keep reading and posting on this site...it will help you through those tuff times.
And to everybody who help me...... THANK YOU !!!!....
I now have a 13 month old baby...and i can honestly say....that this was the best gift i could ever give him.
