Hi Ashley, i would say, it is a mind game thing, and you just have to outsmart the demon, Hang tough, no matter what it takes be BIGGER than the craving do not give in, my quit was very hard and i took one crave at a time, didn't worry about an hour from now not even a day, i lived in each minute, and get stubborn realize you are in this with yourself no one else but you can do this, know it can be done and it will get done, its hard to explain at what point you know you have it, it just happens, and of cause like i said stay here as much as possible for support, i guess the bottom line is JUST CANT SMOKE, WHEN YOU QUIT Tresa
