Why relapse?

for 14 år siden 0 90 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I have come in contact with a few people lately who have quit smoking for LONG periods of time and started again and I am so nervous about that happening.  I mean a long time too, like 8 years, 12 years, etc.  I also read that the three most common reasons people relapse is because of stressful or negative feelings, being around other smokers, or drinking.  These people I have talked too all started smoking for one of those three reasons.  Does anyone agree that those are the three most common reasons and if so...what do we do about it?
