Hey everyone! Thanks for joining the party!

Rewards ... YES!

Rewards are more likely to be a day off or a walk in the park or a swim or little things that give me time to enjoy whatever is around me. Rewards at the beginning were really big things, things that I would work to wards and then send me on a rush for days... A trip to Italy, a great camera, a tree in the garden, another trip to Italy. Rewards at the beginning were often food and things that I coiuld savour and enjoy, candies, mints, chocolates, the more childlike for me the better. Now days it is really about the quality of life, I know I will go to Italy again and I know I will have time to enjoy. I simply get to savour the happiness I now feel and the satisfaction I feel for finally giving myself something that is good for my life.

The $18,000 I saved... Well I have way more money that I did when I quit and I had a lot of great rewards, I have been on two great trips to Italy and have travelled around North America a lot. The biggest and richest part of life these days seems to be that there is far more time

... I don't know who slowed down the clock but there is just way more time for everything. I get more done and do more than I ever thought I would.
