All is not lost Lance. Build on what worked for you the last time. When you feel comfortable with it give it another shot. Never give up. Excellent for you. breather
Life truly is too short for regrets Lance! You're doing well by starting here with your post. It means you're serious about wanting to quit. You've done it before so you know you can do it again. Rock and Josie have a good suggestion in the Stats parade today - why not quit on Wednesday? I came across a good philosophy a while back that went something like - "If there is one thing in your life that you really wish you'd have done, what stopped you from making it happen? Why can't you do it? If it's in your power to do so - Start today!"
I was doing well, then I met my girlfriend who smoked. As she had little income and I started buying them for her, I joked about smoking with her. Eventually I did. Now a year later I regret it and am not as happy in the relationship as I was. Too much crap going on for me.
Now I have been chatting with a friend from school that is a non smoker and shares more of the same values as I do.
I want to quit again and feel I am on the path to do that.
