The stars and medals right above the number of posts you have are
awards for the number of posts you have created. If you click on the images there is a legend
explaining what each medal means (# of posts).
On the very bottom of your post under your avatar and hobbies the trophies indicate which sessions of the program you have completed. Also, in your profile there is a big badge indicating where you are in your quit. For instance, yours indicates you are on Zombie Month.
