Well I was pretty darn proud of myself when I quit and didn't gain any weight in the first few months. That being said, with redoing the kitchen and not watching what I ate and not walking as much, guess what? You are so right, I have gained :eg: I belong to Curves and we had a choice to get weighed and weigh once a week for the next 6 weeks. This is to help us with the holidays coming. If we maintain or lose we get our names put in for a drawing.
But I am not happy with what I have done to myself  So it will be back to the treadmill and doing weights along with Curves. Of course healthy eating.(grrrrrrrrrrrrr)
Windy, you will be my model ;p For those of you who don't know after about six months being smoke free, Windy turned into a fitness nut. She is now doing min triathlons (show off). Seriously she has worked hard to quit smoking and she has worked hard to become fit. Watch out, here comes another fitness nut. LOL
So what do you say? Let do it!!!
