I love the Panic center cause you know your not alone! Were all in the same boat. I am doing really good now! How long have you been on Effexor? How has it been woking for you. Some day I want to get off the medication but I am kinda scared of the withdrawals.

How are things going with you? things are on the up side for me right now I'm doing some exposure work man its hard but it is working!!! slowly but surely things are getting a little easier!!! Gal
HeY! I know what you had to deal with. I am also on Effexor and have been on it for a little over a year. I missed my meddication a few weeks back one day.It was the worst day of my life.I couldn't stop crying and I was very dizzy and out of it. I was really not myself. I had very bad anxiety which I had not had in months.I hear that Effexor is the worst when u don't take it because of its half life.

hi ya'll i have been on Effexor of almost 2 years now well yesterday i forgot to take it GGGRRRRRRRRRRR and today i have felt really bad kinda nervous and light headed when i get up I wouldnt think it would effect me just to miss one day but BOY HAS IT!!! anyone have any issues when they miss a dose of their meds?
