Hiya Kelly, I am not sure what to say to reassure you but i will tell you what helps me when i am anxious. First, challenging my anxious thoughts always helps. Also, deap slow breathing to help my body relax really helps. Finally, distraction, distraction,distraction! I find distracting myself by watching something fun and relaxing or reading a good book or writting in my diary, anything that helps occupy my brain helps me pass the time till whatever scares me is over with. anyway, sorry i could not be more helpful.
