I agree with Warren. The more you focus on those feelings of unreality, the more they will scare you. I just told myself that this is what my reality is like now and I stopped focusing on it and stopped worrying about it. I can't tell you how long it was before it went away because I just accepted it as normal since I was like that all the time. Anyways, it ended up going away so I wouldn't worry about it too much. It will eventually go away and you will be fine. I noticed that I got that feeling today, the "haziness" feeling, when I was in class and I was really anxious and my breathing was off. It went away though after I left class so I know it was just that stupid, relentless anxiety. My advice is to stop focusing on it and just rest assured knowing that it is just anxiety and not something else.
