i have been looking into the b vitamins and found some very useful information. i think i am lacking them and it is affecting my day to day life.

Sounds familiar. Getting over this takes time. Like I wrote on my post; it is kind of like getting over grief or a traumatic experience. The more time goes by the more those thoughts become less frequent. I have days go by when I completely forget about panic. It is a wonderful experience and very possible. I can't really say how you get over it because I am still being bullied myself. But somehow time heals all wounds. When you break the thought pattern you begin to stop thinking those panicky thoughts. Having a vacation helps. I don't know if you are agarophobic but getting away somewhere strange provides a new thought pattern.
