Bach Remedies which use flower essences have been shown to reduce anxiety and induce a calming effect. The Rescue Remedy is a good blend of these essences and hopefully you will find its effects helpful.

have jus sipped the bach remedy and seem to be a bit calmer, even tho im scaring myself a bit with it, even tho theres no side effects im think on no i feel ill, im going to be sick! so silly but i cant help it.

will let u no how effetive it is

Hey Karla,

Keep us posted on your remedy and how it works. Sorry to hear you are having a rough time. I agree with you and CM that overanalyzing is a bad habit and tough to break. One thing that change my life was when I stopped asking why and I starting asking what now. What can I do now to feel better. Sometimes the only answer is acceptance, sometimes it is something more concrete. One way or another it changed the way I see life and my recovery.

So hang in there and we are all here for you.

i got the rescue remedy today which is a herbal remedy for traumatic experiences, sadness, panic etc. even tho i am pregnant it is safe to take, you can even give it to animals and children, just mix a couple of drops with water. i have checked all this out as its better to do so with any remedy even herbal.

will tell how effective it is when i need it

Sorry to hear you're not doing too well as I am the same situation.  You're right it does get you down it's that feedback loop you know?  As for trying to figure out the cause I think it only makes matters worse and hence the loop again.  Because when you can't come up with a cause then you get more panicky and more depressed, it goes round and round.
 
As I read way too much on the subject of mood disorders, this is one of the type A personality traits that we disorder victims have - analyzing.  Comes in handy for some situations but not when you are up against a disorder that the medical community is still trying to understand & has so many variables. So how about we both try to stop analyzing things & here I go (another book I've read) accept the fact that we may not be feeling ok at the moment but it will inevitably pass.

had a very panicky morning, and still feel very on edge. really do not no what is causing this. i am still doing the sessions but not as frequently maybe this would help.?

it gets you really down feeling like this all day and just having that nervousness constantly there. 

hopefully tommorow will be better.

i have read the small print of this rescue remedy and it can be taken by all the familly and during pregnancy but i think i might still consult my doctor or midwive just to make sure its ok and make me feel more relaxed taking it.
