I started to think about some of my habits and how they may effect the sesations that I feel throughout the day. For me, "sensations" are feelings of lightheadedness, dizziness, tension or a tight band-like feeling around my head. I am 2 glass a night red wine drinker and I start my mornings with 2 espresso's. I know, probably not the best thing for someone with panic/anxiety. Does anyone else enjoy red wine/alcohol and or coffee? And if so, have you experimented with the quantity or quiting completely? I am currently not a maintenance dose of any anxiety/depression medication. Although, lately, I have been thinking of doing so.
